NOT ANOTHER ZERO

Privacy

We keep this simple because it should be

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, signup date, signup source and the version of the consent notice you accepted. We also record verification-email status and the time you verify your address. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive requests.

How and why we use it

We use your email to manage the waitlist and send waitlist, early-access and launch updates from Not Another Zero — the legal basis for this processing is the consent you give when you join

Who processes it

Your information is stored with our website infrastructure and Brevo, our contact-list and email provider. After signup, we send an email with a link to verify your address. Verification is separate from your consent to receive updates: your signup remains recorded if you do not verify. Verification links expire after 24 hours. We do not automatically resend verification emails.

International processing

Our website or email service providers may process information outside your country When required, we use an approved legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards for that processing

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent or object to direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email You may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a portable copy of your information by writing to privacy@notanotherzero.com Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it

Retention

We keep waitlist information while the waitlist and related launch communications are active, until you withdraw consent, or while retention is required by law After that, it is deleted or anonymised

Sharing and sale

We do not sell your email address We share it only with service providers that help us host the site, manage the waitlist or send the emails you requested, under appropriate contractual obligations

Complaints

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work You can contact us first and we will try to resolve the issue

Changes

If the way we use your information materially changes, we will update this notice before applying the change
